TREATMENTS WE PROVIDE
Below are the procedures that we can provide on-site at Tri-County Endodontics. Each and every one is a minimally invasive, conscious process with little to no discomfort.
ROOT CANAL THERAPY
A root canal can restore an infected tooth to its natural function and appearance. Contrary to popular belief, it’s typically no more painful than filling a cavity.
INTERNAL BLEACHING
An infection of the dental pulp can give the tooth a darkened, discolored appearance on the outside. Regular whitening procedures cannot treat this kind of discoloration, which is why Tri County Endodontics offers internal bleaching.
APICOECTOMY
Sometimes, the best way to surgically re-treat a failing root canal treatment is to approach it through the root instead of the crown.
ROOT CANAL
RETREATMENT
For a variety of reasons, root canal treatments may occasionally be unsuccessful, at which point additional treatment becomes necessary. Most problems, however, can be corrected with retreatment.
VITAL PULP
THERAPY
Also called "Pulpotomy", the goal is to save healthy dental pulp in the root of a tooth that has decay in the crown. VPT is only recommended when there is no swelling or abscess around the tooth.
TREATMENTS WE CONSULT ON
Below are the dental procedures and conditions that we do not perform on-site, but our expertise and equipment are necessary to give your primary dentist all the info they need.
CRACKED TEETH
Enamel, which covers your teeth and is the hardest substance in your body, has its limits. If you chew on hard candy, ice, bite down hard, receive a blow to your face, or grind your teeth in your sleep, your teeth can chip or crack.
DENTAL CROWNS
One of the most important ways to preserve endodontic treatment from Tri County Endodontics is by the placement of a crown. Your general dentist will place crowns to help out with many different dental health problems.
